Qualified applicant must have minimum of high school or general equivalency diploma.  Post-secondary education or training is preferred.

 

Must have at least three (3) years of School Nutrition or food service management.  Must be able to follow assignments and directions; work cooperatively with others; and perform work required of job.  

 

The goal of the position is to ensure school cafeteria is compliant with all local, state and federal regulations including public health and safety; and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school cafeteria for the ultimate health, comfort, and benefit of the students and personnel.  (A full job description is availabe upon request.)

This is a full-time, 206-day position with insurance, retirement benefits, paid holidays and sick time.  Pay will be determined by approved, documented work experience and placement on Grade 9 of the Hourly Support Pay Schedule.  Starting rate of pay will be no less than $19.48 per hour.

 

Position hours:  5:45 am - 2:15 pm  30 minute lunch (unpaid)
