Qualified applicant must have minimum of high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education is preferred. Excellent phone/communication skills are required. Must be proficient in data entry.
Under the directive of the principal, attendance, and records department, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and maintaining registration information; meeting district, state, and federal requirements relating to registration processes including parent notifications, preparing and distributing reports and materials, and providing clerical support as needed.
This is a 260-day (12 month) position with insurance and retirement benefits. Pay rate will be determined by experience and placement Grade 10 of the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule. The starting pay rate will be no less than $20.66 per hour.
